SOFLA Simple Eating is a guided nutrition plan that is flexible. You have a coach that you are accountable to and a macronutrient plan specifically tailored to you.

Your daily objective: get the required number of grams of macronutrients in any way that suits your lifestyle. This means that you can eat anything you desire as long as you don’t go under or over your number. You’ll use the free app My Fitness Pal to keep track of your numbers.

You’ll be AMAZED at how easy this protocol really is! It might be the first time that you are happy to be on a plan. It’s realistic, it’s flexible, and it WORKS.

This 45 minute, in person-meeting is where we start. This is where you sit down with a coach and discuss your goals. During this meeting, we’ll start to uncover WHY you want to make a change to your diet, what your goals REALLY are, and how to make lasting, real change. From there, you'll set your macronutrient goals with your coach by your side. You'll leave the meeting with a great game plan and access to the SOFLA Simple Eating Facebook Support Group. What comes next is where the magic happens…

SOFLA Simple Eating Weekly Coaching

$40/month

Accountability. It truly is THE ONE THING that will most often set successful folks apart from the wafflers. SOFLA Simple Eating Weekly Coaching solves the problem of accountability. Your coach will reach out to you every week and do a check-in. During the check-in, we’ll will find out how the week went. We can see if you are hitting the numbers you set at the consultation, provide helpful resources from top sources, see if you are on track to reach your goals, help make any necessary tweaks, and celebrate your small wins! Your own personal accountability coach is the puzzle piece that has been missing if you’re that person that never seems to REALLY reach their goals. Keep your coach for as long or as short as you want, but we recommend at least three months of accountability to set you up for lasting success.
